The Path
A story told in turning points: the moments that changed how I see money, technology and work.
- Chapter I
Money is just a message.
Behind every payment is a few hundred bytes moving between institutions that agree to trust each other. Years spent inside the systems that carry those messages changed how I see money: less as a thing, more as a promise in motion.
- Chapter II
Systems that are not allowed to fail.
Building payment platforms for large financial institutions teaches a particular kind of humility. Every design choice is tested at scale, and every delay has a real person waiting on the other end.
- Chapter III
The rules became the material.
Real-time payments, mandates and regulation taught me to stop treating the rules as a wall. Read closely, they are a design brief, and the teams that read them first build the products that last.
- Chapter IV
Becoming a father.
Time stopped being something I spent and became something I chose. It changed what I wanted to build, and who for.
- Chapter V
Writing it down.
Explaining an idea is the fastest way to find the hole in it. So I started writing: essays, frameworks and books about AI, for parents and for the people who lead technology.
- Now
One person, a team of agents.
AI agents changed what a single curious person can explore. The Lab is where I test that, in the open.
